   Led analytics initiatives, coordinating with department directors to streamline business processes and enhance data-informed decision making. Utilized tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and SQL to develop dynamic reports and scalable data models, improving report accuracy and operational efficiency. Mentored teammates and presented monthly updates on Microsoft’s Power Platform software releases to Analytics community consisting of 75 members.

   Collaborated closely with the data analytics team to design and develop interactive reports using Power BI, focusing on understanding data sources and gathering visualization requirements. Performed essential data preprocessing tasks, including cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data to optimize it for effective visualization.

I’m originally from Croatia, grew up in Charlotte, NC, and now call San Francisco home. I studied Finance with a concentration in Business Analytics at the University of South Carolina, where a class covering SQL and Power BI sparked my passion for solving problems with data.

At work, I focus on developing data models, integrations, and business intelligence solutions that streamline processes. I enjoy tackling technical challenges, making complex data more accessible, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful solutions.

At home, I enjoy creating my own coding projects, but when I’m not in front of my computer, you'll likely find me reading, playing basketball, hiking, or trying a new eatery in the city.

I created this blog as a space to capture and refine my ideas, document my projects, and share what I’ve learned along the way. Writing, for me, is a tool to make sense of complex concepts, and this platform is where I hope to turn those insights into something meaningful.
